A new idea, with no app, no site, and no brand yet
2Textit came to EnvizionLab as a concept, not a product: give small
and mid-size businesses a way to reach customers directly by text,
instead of competing for attention in a crowded email inbox. The
idea was strong, but none of the pieces existed — no app, no
marketing site, no pricing structure, no brand. Starting from zero
meant every decision would shape whether a business owner trusted
the platform enough to download it and hand over their customer list.

✕
No native iOS or Android app yet, despite the product being built for on-the-go, phone-first use
-
✕
A tiered, usage-based pricing model (free trial, prepaid credit bundles) that needed to feel simple and non-intimidating on the page
-
✕
Different business types — retail, restaurants, service businesses — each with different reasons to use SMS, and no site structure to speak to all of them
-
✕
No brand identity yet, in a category where buyers default to trusted names like Twilio or SimpleTexting
In other words: no shortcuts. The entire funnel — marketing site,
pricing, sign-up, and the app itself — had to be designed and built from the ground up.
